Beef Cheeks, Chive and Spring Onion

Ingredients: beef cheeks, dark soy sauce, apple juice, garlic, ginger, spring onion, chives.


To Serve: To reheat place the sealed cryvac bag with beef cheeks into a pot of simmering water for 10 mins. With tongs carefully remove the bag, rest on the bench and cut open with scissors. Pour the contents into a bowl and serve from the bowl.
