Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients: Beef, onion, garlic, tarragon, white wine, Swiss brown mushroom, sour cream, paprika, parsley


To serve:

Place the braised beef in a medium saucepan over medium heat. When the sauce has come to a simmer, turn the flame to low and cover, warm for 10 min. Stirring the beef occasionally.
