Creamy chicken pot pie

Ingredients: Bannockburn chicken, shallot, white wine, cream, thyme, tarragon, mustard, carrot, leek, king brown mushroom, flour, butter, salt, pepper.

To Serve

Remove the lid from the foil tray. Put into a 180°C preheated oven for 15 mins or until hot.

The pastry lid can be served at room temp or lightly reheated in the oven for a few minutes.

Recommended sides and sauces

Side: Balsamic braised red cabbage

Sauce: Harissa
