Ginger & Pear Pudding

Ingredients: Butter, plain flour, bicarb soda, brown sugar, golden syrup, treacle, ginger, cinnamon, eggs, milk, pear.


To serve: Preheat oven to 160°C. Bake for 20mins.


Recommended accompaniment: Vanilla ice cream or a house-made butterscotch sauce.
