Rainbow Fried Rice

Ingredients: Rice, carrot, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, capsicum, peas, corn, onion, garlic, ginger, spring onion, chilli, cottonseed oil, sesame oil.


To serve: Reheat in fry pan on high heat, stirring frequently for 3 mins or until hot.

Sauce: Chilli Jam

Side: Roast pumpkin, pine nut, honey & cumin
