Roast Salmon

Ingredients: Huon salmon, cure: dill, salt sugar

To serve:

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

- Warm a fry pan on medium heat add a

tablespoon of oil.

- Place the fish in the pan with the removed skin side facing up. Sear for 2-3 mins applying gentle pressure with a spatula.

- Turn the fish over and reduce heat to low.

- Cook for a further 2-3 mins, remove to a plate for serving.


Recommended sides and sauces

Side: Paris mash, braised red cabbage

Sauce: Matelot
