Brussels Sprouts, Roast Pearl Onions & Lardons

Ingredients: Brussels sprouts, onion, pancetta, verjuice, butter, salt, pepper, parsley.


To serve: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place tray uncovered in oven for 10 mins. Mix through verjuice dressing (in bottom of tray) while hot and serve immediately.
