Mejadra; Caramelised onion, Lentil and Basmati Pilaf

Ingredients: Brown lentils, onion, plain flour, cottonseed oil, cumin, coriander seeds, basmati rice, turmeric, allspice, cinnamon, sugar, black pepper, natural yoghurt


To serve: Reheat the rice in a frypan over medium heat. When serving garnish with the garlic yoghurt.
