Roast Pumpkin, sunflower, Honey & Cumin

Ingredients: Japanese pumpkin, salt, pepper, cardamom, pinenut, honey, cumin, white wine vinegar.


To serve: Preheat oven to 180°C. Reheat pumpkin in oven for 10 mins. Add the pumpkin to a serving plate and drizzle with the honey dressing and finish with the pine nut crumble.
