Balsamic Braised Red Cabbage

Ingredients: Red cabbage, balsamic vinegar, red wine, brown sugar, salt, pepper.


To serve: Reheat in a saucepan over medium to high heat, stirring frequently.

Adding a splash of water at the beginning will help prevent the cabbage from sticking.
