Vegan Jambalaya

Ingredients: Olive oil, onion, garlic, capsicum, carrot, crushed tomato, soy, oregano, thyme, garlic, cumin, paprika, black pepper, cayenne, rice, chickpea, kidney beans, parsley, spring onion.

To serve: Return the Jambalaya to a saucepan and reheat over a medium temperate until desired temperature.


Recommended sides and sauces

Sauce: Chilli jam

Side: Roast pumpkin, pine nut, honey & cumin.
